Résumé
Working on the topic: Patient centric innovation in healthcare. Innovation having the power to address pressing societal challenges that can include complex global challenges also has the capacity to address problems in healthcare. Innovation in healthcare can be new services, products, opration , method or technology. patient-centric innovation has the potential to enhance healthcare outcomes through personalized treatment approaches , also known as personalized medicine, which are healthcare strategies that tailor medical care and treatment to individual patients based on their unique characteristics. These characteristics can include genetic makeup, molecular profiles, environmental factors, lifestyle choices, and even patient preferences . Advances in genomics and personalized medicine enable healthcare providers to tailor treatments based on a patient's genetic profile, ensuring that interventions are more effective and carry fewer risks of adverse effects . By understanding the unique genetic makeup of each patient, healthcare professionals can design targeted therapies that align with individual biological characteristics and responses . The goal of personalized medicine approaches is to optimize the effectiveness of healthcare interventions while minimizing adverse effect. The purpose of this study is to address the significant research gap in patient-centric innovation, understanding key organizational factors, leadership styles and coordination/collaboration mechanism . The existing literature highlights the limited understanding of how healthcare organizations can effectively integrate and sustain patient-centric approaches within their management practices. In light of this gap, several key research questions will guide this investigation. The research gap in overcoming challenges in aligning their management practices with patient-centric principles lies in the limited understanding of how healthcare organizations can effectively integrate and sustain patient-centric approaches in the management practices of healthcare organizations. While there is growing recognition of the importance of patient-centric approaches in healthcare, what influences the successful implementation of patient-centric innovation. Existing research has shown that patient-centric innovation requires a shift in the traditional hierarchical and provider-centric management models towards more collaborative and patient-centric approaches.
