Résumé

D'une part, la recherche se concentrera d'une manière approfondie du sujet, en comparant d'autres processus de paix qui ont eu lieu en Amérique Latine et d'autre part, l'étude va se centrer dans l'accomplissement des standards internationaux des accords de paix du gouvernement colombien avec le groupe FARC et de la même manière si celui-ci s'ajuste aux dispositions constitutionnelles colombiennes.

On the one hand, the research will focus in depth on the subject, comparing other peace processes that have taken place in Latin America and on the other hand, the study will focus on achieving standards international agreements of the Colombian government with the FARC group and in the same way if it adapts to the Colombian constitutional provisions.
