The thesis will deal with dynamical quantum non-locality from first quantized and quantum field theory perspectives. One of the main concerns will be to investigate whether dynamical non-locality has an underlying systematic explanation in terms of local quantum fields. We will also examine how entanglement can be mediated by a local quantum field. Finally, we will investigate non-local quantum fields, focusing on the extent to which they can be considered equivalent to local formulations.
