Abstract

The purchased objectives in this research are focused on two approaches, in one hand the approach of the researcher and in the other hand the one of the practitionner in language and regional culture. The hypothesis of work is focused on the contribution of a public bilingualism in the valorisation, the maintaining and the transmission of the language in : - Its varieties, - Its ability to adapt itself to the modernity and to the technical requirements, - Its genius to create multilingual and cultural places with new linguistic practices and situations of inter-understanding between roman languages. Abstract

Les objectifs poursuivis dans cette recherche s’orientent autour de deux approches, celle du chercheur et celle du praticien en langue et culture régionales. L’hypothèse du travail est centrée sur la contribution d’un bilinguisme public dans la valorisation, le maintien et la transmission de la langue dans : Ses variétés, sa capacité à s’adapter à la modernité et à des exigences techniques, son génie à créer des espaces plurilingues et culturels avec de nouvelles pratiques langagières et des situations d’intercompréhension entre langues romanes.
