Résumé

Cette these a pour objet principal l'analyse des echanges linguistiques essentiellement lexicaux- qui ont eu lieu entre le francais et le turc depuis la rencontre de ces deux nations au cours du xvie siecle. L'emprunt francais en turc se deploie sur une longue duree. A l'issu de cette historicite, il fait preuve d'une ampleur (4 231 emprunts), d'une permanence et d'une resistance remarquables a l'epreuve du temps et de l'anglais. Tandis que les turcismes en francais representent des apports numeriquement faibles (66 en francais actuel), anciens (xviexixe siecles) et sans perspective d'evolution previsible. A la suite de l'etude historique du phenomene empruntatoire qui constitue la premiere partie, une analyse globale a ete tentee sur le plan linguistique. Consacree aux interferences proprement dites, cette deuxieme partie expose d'abord les problemes specifiques a la methode d'enquete qui a permis la constitution et la classification des corpus et des donnees, puis examine les differentes modalites d'insertion des emprunts en turc et en francais : les alterations graphiques, phonetiques, morpho-lexicales et semantiques.

Résumé

This ph. D. Thesis aims at analysing linguistic exchanges -essentially lexicalbetween french and turkish, which have occured since the encounter of the two civilisations in the xvith century. Loanwords from french into turkish as is underlined in this thesis, stretch on a long period. The longlasting phenomenon has been large scale (4 231 items), permanent and it has resisted the onslaugt of time as well as the english language. On the other hand, french loanwords embody a modest contribution in term of numbers (66 words in actual french), they are quite ancient (xvith-xixth century) and without any predictible perspective of evolution. After a long historical study of the loan phenomenon in the first part, a global analysis on the linguistic level has been realised. The second part, devoted to the interferences property speaking, exposes specific problems of survey methods which allowed the constitution and classification of the corpus and data, and examines the different forms of loan-integration in turkish : graphical, phonetical, morpho-syntaxical and semantical alterations.
