Résumé

Il s'agit d'une etude des politiques de developpement et d'industrialisation au parana, etat de la region sud du bresil, pendant les annees 1940-1965. Cette etude nous l'avons presentee dans les analyses suivantes: a) l'analyse de certaines etudes de l'historiographie bresilienne et de travaux theoriques d'auteurs francais; b) l'analyse des structures economiques du paranba par rapport a l'ensemble national; c) l'analyse des sources produites par le patronat et par le gouvernement au parana ou ils ont developpee pendant les annees quarante et cinquante une idee du progres fondee sur le boom de la monoculture du cafe et, a partir de la fin des annees cinquante, le concept de developpement fonde sur l'idee de crise de l'economie cafeire et sur l'industrialisation regionale.

The employers and public authorities in parana (brazil) during the period 1940-1965

Résumé

This thesis is a study of the development and the industria lization policies in parana a state of southern brazil, during the years 1940 to 1965. We have presented this study in thefollowing analyses: a ) the analysis of some studies of brazilian historiography and of the oretical works byu french authors; b) the analysis of economic structures of parana in relation to the national whole; c) the analysis of the sources produced by the employers and government of parana where, during the 1940s and the 1950s, they developped an idea of progress founded on the boom of the monoculture of coffee, then, from the end of the fifties, the concept of development founded on the idea of a crisis of the coffee economy and on the industraliza tion of the area.
